About Boss Unchained

Document the business so it runs without you, in ninety days.

What we do

Extraction rather than instruction. Over ninety days, the owner is interviewed weekly about what they actually did that week and why, and every decision, exception and judgment call is turned into a written procedure by us, not by them. The output is a real operations manual, role scorecards, a decision-rights matrix stating what each role may decide without asking, and a delegation schedule that moves named responsibilities off the owner on specific dates. Recorded interviews become training videos for the team.

Who we built it for

• Owners who are the bottleneck

Owners of 1m to 15m revenue service businesses working sixty-hour weeks who cannot take a holiday.

• Owners who may want to sell

Businesses with 5 to 60 staff that are unsellable while everything important lives in the owner's head.

The problem

The owner is the bottleneck and knows it.

Everything important lives in their head, staff escalate every decision, and the business is unsellable because a buyer is buying a job.

Every consultant tells them to document processes, which is true and useless, because writing a hundred standard procedures is a project the owner will never start.
